Pricing
Published bands. No call required to see them.
Very few development firms put numbers on a public page, because hourly billing only works if the total stays vague. Ours are here so you can tell in ninety seconds whether we're in your range — and so the conversation starts at scope rather than at budget.

Bands are indicative starting points for a typical scope. The binding number comes out of the Discovery Sprint and is fixed on signature.

What moves the number
Six things that decide where in the band you land.
Integrations
Each external system is a failure surface. Two integrations is not twice one — it's the combinations between them.
User roles
Three roles with different permissions means three times the test matrix, not three extra screens.
Data migration
Moving clean data is cheap. Moving ten years of records with inconsistent history is a project of its own.
Compliance
Audit trails, data residency and regulated flows add real work. Tell us early — retrofitting is the expensive path.
Design maturity
A settled design system speeds us up. Screenshots and a logo means design is part of the build.
Your availability
Fixed price depends on decisions arriving on time. We'll name who we need and how often in discovery.
Retainers
Quality engineering is the one thing we don't fix-price.
Coverage is continuous work, so it's priced continuously. Month to month, no setup fee, pause anytime.
Starter Suite
- One senior engineer, part-time
- ~10 critical-flow tests a week
- CI/CD wiring on day one
- Weekly demo call
Coverage Sprint
- Two senior engineers, full-time
- API, UI, smoke and critical regression
- Framework and reporting set up properly
- Knowledge transfer at the end
Embedded QA Pod
- Three people: two SDETs and a lead
- In your standups, Slack and Jira
- Continuous coverage growth
- SLA-backed bug triage
Questions
The awkward ones, answered.
Why is discovery paid?
A free estimate is a guess wearing a suit. Two weeks of real scoping is what makes the difference between a number we can hold and a number we come back to renegotiate in month three. It's credited in full against the build if you proceed, and the output — architecture, scope document, price — is yours to take elsewhere if you don't.
What happens if you underestimate?
We absorb it. That's the entire meaning of fixed price and it's the risk we're pricing for. The only thing that changes the number is you changing the scope, and that gets re-quoted in writing before any work starts.
Can we change scope mid-project?
Yes. Anything inside the agreed scope is absorbed. Anything outside gets a written change quote with a price and a timeline impact, and you approve it before we build. You will never find out about a change on an invoice.
Do you offer time and materials?
For development, no — fixed price is the point of us. Quality engineering runs as a monthly retainer because coverage is continuous work, and ongoing feature development after launch can run as a retainer too.
What are the payment terms?
Discovery is paid up front. Build projects are typically 40% on signature, 40% at the midpoint milestone, 20% on acceptance. We'll confirm in the quote.
Which currencies?
USD, GBP, EUR, AED and SAR. PKR for domestic clients. The quote is issued in your currency and the number doesn't move with the exchange rate.
Find out where you land.
Send the scope and we'll come back within three business days with a written estimate, the exclusions, and a timeline.
