Why fixed price works here
A fixed price is a bet on your own estimate. Most agencies won't take that bet, because they don't know how much of the budget will disappear into finding and fixing their own defects after the build is supposedly finished. So they bill hourly, and that uncertainty becomes your problem.
We spent years as a test automation consultancy, brought in by companies whose builds had already gone sideways. We know exactly where estimates break: the integration nobody specified, the edge case in the payment flow, the regression that surfaces three weeks after launch. That's the whole reason we can put a number on paper and stand behind it.
The automation suite is not an upsell. It's how we protect our own margin — and it stays in your repository when we leave.

How we work
One to two weeks. We map the flows, the integrations and the unknowns, then write the scope down in plain English — including what we are deliberately leaving out. You leave with an architecture and a written fixed price, whether or not you continue.
Interface flows, data model, API contracts and the deployment topology, agreed before anyone writes production code. Changing a diagram costs an afternoon; changing a shipped schema costs a fortnight.
Working software at the end of every slice, deployed where you can click it. No status decks. Test automation is written alongside the feature, by the same team, inside the same price.
Regression, API contract, performance and accessibility checks run in the pipeline and block the release on failure. This is the part we have been doing since before we built anything.
Production deploy, runbook, documentation and a live walkthrough with your engineers. Sixty days of defect cover on delivered scope, included. You own the repository from commit one.
Why discovery is paid.
A free estimate is a guess dressed as a commitment. Two weeks of real scoping is the difference between a number we can hold and a number we'll come back to renegotiate in month three.
You keep the output either way — the architecture, the scope document and the price are yours, and they're portable to any other vendor.

Three testers spent a day and a half on a checklist every release. We built a Selenium 4 framework across checkout, cart, search, login and promo codes, plus a RestAssured layer over the order and inventory APIs, wired into GitHub Actions.
Onboarding, KYC and transfer flows covered by a Selenium framework, with RestAssured over the financial APIs. Cucumber specs meant compliance reviewers could read the same tests the engineers ran. Jenkins, with quality gates.
A Playwright framework in Java covering the buyer journey end to end, plus a RestAssured suite over listing, dealer and payment APIs, running in GitLab CI on every merge.
