Who this is for

Two-minute fit check.

If your team is in either column, the conversation will go faster.

You'll get value if…

  • You're a UAE SaaS, FinTech, e-commerce or marketplace shipping weekly or faster
  • Manual regression takes more than 2 hours before each release
  • You're chasing AECB, DIFC or ADGM compliance and need audit-ready test reports
  • Hiring local SDETs in Dubai is taking 6+ months
  • Your dev team is doing QA on top of building — and it's slowing both

Probably not a fit if…

  • You're pre-product or still validating the idea
  • You don't have a working staging or pre-prod environment
  • You want the cheapest option regardless of quality
  • You're looking for someone to do manual click-testing on Excel sheets

Fashion retailer: 36 hours of manual regression to 2.

E-commerce · Fashion retailer

Manual regression went from 36 hours per release to 2 hours, automated.

A fashion e-commerce retailer was running 36 hours of manual regression every release. Three QA testers, working through a checklist for a day and a half on every push. The dev team was shipping every two weeks, but losing 3 working days to testing — and bugs still slipped through.

We built a Selenium framework covering the high-traffic flows: checkout, cart, product search, login, applied promo codes and category browsing. On top of that, a RestAssured layer around their order, inventory and pricing APIs. Wired into GitHub Actions to run on every pull request, with Allure reports the product team actually opened.

Final regression: roughly 2 hours, fully automated. About 300 tests by handover. Delivered over 9 weeks. The team now ships weekly without losing days to manual QA — and the testers re-deployed to exploratory work where humans actually add value.

FinTech · Payment platform

24 hours of manual regression compressed to ~2 hours, on every push.

A FinTech platform was losing a full working day every release to manual regression. The QA team ran 24 hours of checklist-based testing across account flows, payment validation, KYC steps and core balance/transaction APIs. Releases were quarterly, partly because nobody trusted a faster cadence.

Marketplace · Online car buying

An automotive marketplace dropped a full day of manual QA per release.

An online car-buying marketplace was running 24 hours of manual testing before every release — buyer search and filter flows, dealer listing creation, financing applications, payment captures, all clicked through by hand. Dealer-facing bugs were hitting production roughly twice a quarter.

Questions UAE CTOs ask us

FAQ.

How much does test automation cost in the UAE?

Engagements start at AED 18,000 per month for a part-time senior automation engineer. A full coverage sprint is AED 36,000/month for two engineers. We are 50–70% cheaper than UAE-based or Western agencies because we run lean from Lahore — full English fluency, one-hour overlap with Dubai, and the same engineers from kickoff to handover.

Do you work with DIFC or ADGM-regulated FinTech companies?

Yes. We sign NDAs before code review and have worked with payment platforms requiring audit-ready test reporting. We can operate inside your VPN, staging environment or restricted infrastructure, and our test reports are designed to be exportable for compliance reviews.

Can you work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi business hours?

Yes. We are 1 hour ahead of UAE, so our day fully overlaps with yours. Daily standups, Slack support, same-day responses on Sun–Thu, and we adjust around Ramadan schedules without being asked.

Which automation frameworks do you use?

We are a Java-first shop: Selenium 4 and Playwright (Java bindings) for web automation, RestAssured and Postman for APIs, Cucumber for BDD specs that product teams can read, TestNG and JUnit as test runners, JMeter for load and performance, Allure for reporting. CI/CD integration into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Bitbucket Pipelines. We do not currently take on mobile (iOS / Android) automation work — we focus on web and API where we are strongest.

How fast will we see test coverage?

For a typical engagement, the first stable smoke suite ships in week 2. Critical-flow regression coverage typically reaches 60–70% by week 5. Most full engagements run 8–10 weeks. In a recent fashion e-commerce engagement we cut manual regression from 36 hours to roughly 2 hours over 9 weeks.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. We start with a free 48-hour audit, then offer month-to-month. No retainer minimums, no setup fees, no exit penalties. If we're not earning our keep, you stop paying.

What does the free 48-hour audit actually include?

You send us your tech stack and one flow you don't fully trust. Within 48 hours you get a private Loom video walking through what we'd automate first, which framework fits your stack, and what we'd skip. Yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
