DJ Shadow has confirmed that he will once again be involved in Activision's DJ Hero series.

The star, who contributed mixes to the first title, revealed in a YouTube interview that he will also be working on the sequel.

"DJ Hero was interesting. I'm actually working on the next one as well. It was a trip, I never thought I'd be in a game let alone doing what I was doing on the back-end to put the mixes together. It was interesting and it was fun," he explained.

DJ Hero 2, which is yet to be officially announced, is expected to be released later on this year along with a new Guitar Hero title.
